Bad Customer Service

I am a antique Oil Lamp Collector. I came across a rather rare and beautiful gravity feed oil lamp on the internet for sale. The company hosting the site called " Kerstens Antiques" have 5 e-mail addresses where you can reach them. I mailed them at first on the 12th of April 2021 requesting info and foto's on the lamp. I got a unsatisfactory apply after some time, so I mailed again stating all my questions. I copied this mail to their owner, owners husband, their hr mail and so on, no reply. I mailed again on the 16th, got a empty promise answer. We are now 14 days and 8 ore more mail with no satisfactory answer. I am no longer intrested, but would like to warn customers about their poor communication skills and plain bad service. They obviously are not interested in doing business at all .
