Unsatisfactory Service for my baby's Funeral

Kerrs Funeral Directors are a bunch of unsympathetic idiots who has ****** me during a time that I felt at my most vulnerable state and with grieving the loss of my child, they exploited my family and I and to date have not given us feedback to an email I wrote to them a week ago.<br> They sold me a badly sprayed casket instead of a white coffin with plain silver handles.<br> The convinced me they bathed my child 3 times and \she"is so beautiful! My child was a boy!<br> They said his head couldn't be bandaged nor his hair brought forward to cover the disfiguration of his head. I gave them a cap to put on and I had to end up asking people not to view as I had to stick the cotton wool in his cap and lift his shirt collar to cover the cotton wool around his neck. His feet were covered! Where were his new sneakers?<br> I did the pamphlets and it wasn't deducted from the package"
