A zero rating would be the most appropriate. I wish I had read the reviews before deciding to use these undertakers. Similar to what has happened to the other people, money was ******ed from us from day one and they refused to release our loved one’s body unless even more money was paid. A bunch of ******* is what they are. Do not use this company. You will regret it.
