IQ retail - POOR SYSTEM FOR MY BUSINESS

I use IQ retail at my shop. Every three months it shuts our system down and we have to reregister??? we used to phone in now we have to log a ticket for assistance - what happens to the POS while our shop is open? The IQ support in Plettenberg Bay is not effective at all.

I wait 10 minutes on the phone and they then cut me off. Poor system
