Unsolicited promotional emails

I have been receiving unsolicited promotional emails from Kerndale Training and Development since 2023. I have tried pushing the "Unsubscribe" button on the email without success. I have tried on numerous occasions responding to their emails, both politely and with frustration, again with no success - not even an acknowledgement. Their total lack of response and action is deplorable and should be sanctioned.
