When we took the dogs to meet the team for measurements they were all so friendly and welcoming. Our pets enjoyed the visit to the kennels which gave me comfort that they would be ok when they had to come. We left a month before our pets and Danielle was in constant contact keeping me updated of the requirements and flight details. They were on time to collect our pets the day before the flight. I received an update of how the dogs were during their stay and they had already figured out our two dog’s personalities. We also received pictures. The flight information was accurate and the staff were very helpful with all the questions I had. Thank you to Danielle and her team to making our fur babies journey as seamless as possible.
