We were assisted by Danielle Botes, a senior pet travel consultant. She was absolutely amazing. I am a vet and have referred many clients to Keringa through the years for the export of their pets, but it was amazing to experience their service firsthand. Danielle was very thorough, caring and has amazing attention to detail. Our cats had to board with Keringa for a month before they could fly and we received daily e-mail updates and pictures. It meant the world to us- we could see they were loved and well cared for. Also as we had to travel with 3x cats and a dog, cost was a major concern for us. But I was surprised to receive the cheapest quote from them amongst all the enquiries I made. I would definitely recommend Danielle and her team 10 times over to anyone!
