One star is even too much

We used Keringa to migrate my cat to NZ. My dealings with Keringa could possibly be the worst I've ever experienced. They are unprofessional, there's no communication (especially when something goes, and a lot did go wrong). Do not expect guidance or reassurance from them, during these stressful times, even after countless requests. My pets flight was moved out twice because they never followed up on her permit until 3 days before her flight. They then couldn't get the permit on time (this happened over a weekend) and her flight was pushed out. Additional costs were incurred because of them not being on top of my pets migration (boarding, additional state vet fees, extra health certificate), and I was expected to foot this bill even though the timeline was clear that the fault lay on their side. The mishaps continued and incurred even more non-compliance costs from MPI NZ as the certificate sent was not correct and had to be resubmitted. Although they did cover these costs in the end, they will not acknowledge this oversight on their part and therefor, I believe they will keep making the same mistakes and this disgraceful service and attitude will be passed on to the next unfortunate client. The business is not managed well at all, I strongly do not recommend this company for migration.
