My two dogs were boarded for 9 months and shipped to Australia via Singapore. Having paid a deposit, we were committed to KP before we even set out. Our contact was just about the most awkward person to deal with. The flights and complicated paperwork were done well, but my Border Collie arrived 5kg overweight and obviously had never been brushed properly. The knots in his coat were **********. My little dog used to be cool with other dogs but now is horribly aggressive. Makes you wonder what happened.
