Keringa-Petwings Testimonial

I used Keringa-Petwings to get my dog to London. From the get go, Danielle was very communicative. There were many many back and forth emails before, during and after my dog flew and she was willing to answer all of my silly questions. I arrived in London on Christmas Day and we managed to get Wagsie a flight on the 28th to arrive on the 29th - perfect timing! He did, however, have to be kennelled a week before the flight due to the 27th being declared a public holiday. He has never experienced kennels before and I was petrified that he was not going to cope. From the men who fetched him from KZN to take him to Gauteng to Collin, the kennel manager and Danielle, they were all incredibly supportive and put me at ease. I got daily updates and photos of Wagsie and he looked happy and healthy. It was the most incredible feeling being reunited with him! Danielle and the team at Keringa-Petwings made this very daunting experience as easy as possible for me and Wagsie. I honestly cannot fault them or thank them enough.
