Danielle at Keringa-Petwings was such a godsend during my dog, Loki's, travel from Zimbabwe to London. She was very professional, organised, patient and always keen to answer my every question. Her responses were prompt and I was kept in the know at every stage of Loki's journey. The team at Keringa (Colin, Jonathan and Candise) sent the loveliest updates of Loki's stay and the cutest photos!
