Excellent experienced service from start to finish

Excellent, experienced service from start to finish. Fur baby travelled from Johannesburg to Glasgow and I felt they handled us extremely professionally, given that I was a nervous owner scared by the prospect of my cat travelling so far. She was 100% when she arrived and even seemed to have enjoyed the adventure. Big shout out to Danielle for having made her trip easier as a senior fur baby. The Glasgow reception centre, Pets on the Move, were also great, staying open after hours so that I could collect her.
