Awesome company

I am so happy I used Karinga for the transport of my beloved cats to Zambia. The mountain of paperwork that had to be done to relocate any animals was so overwhelming but Karinga handles everything. The communication from our agent was fantastic and she was always friendly and accommodating even with the endless questions and anxiety I had. I received a free week of boarding on a promotion and my 2 cats were looked after so well. I received updates and pictures everyday and they flew 1 hour after we did. We went to fetch them from the customs officer and the pick up was seamless. The crates that were made for them were lovely and the cats were comfortable. I cannot thank Karinga Petwings enough for how they cared for my very special animals. Would recommend this company to anyone who would like a seamless pet transportation experience.
