VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I recently signed up with Kerby Recycling, who promised to collect once per week. You have to pay a full year in advance. The service is about non existent. They don't keep their promises about collection, ignore telephone calls and e-mail messages. Recycling is standing outside for 2 days and getting ransacked by vagrants. Shame on you Gregory! Be a man and refund me!
