WORST SERVICE EVER FROM NDILEKA AT KENYA AIRWAYS ALL I WANT IS A CONFIRMATION LETTER!!!!!

<p>I was stranded in Nairobi because our Kenya Airways flight was delayed in JHB, and as a result we arrived in Kenya "late"for a flight they had cancelled which inconvienienced us as we missed a whole day that we had paid for at a resort in Zanzibar, as a result i tried to claim travel insurance but need a letter from Kenya Airways confirming this delay, I spoke to a lady by the name of Ndileka late last year and she confirmend that she recieved my mail (on top of a phone call conversation where she advisded me to mail her) ITS BEEN MONTHS, I HAVE RECIED NO LETTER AND NO EXPLANATION FROM THESE PEOPLE, THIS CANT BE ACCEPTABLE, KENYA AIRWAYS CUSTOMER SERVICE LACKS INTEGRITY AND PROFESSIONALISM!!!!!!!</p>
