Worst customer services (my funds stuck in their account and I can't rebook or get a refund)

<p>I have recently booked a ticket online for a cousin of mine to fly from Ghana to South Africa. He was rejected at the airport because they claim the ticket has been suspended due to ***** suspicion on the card I used to purchase the ticket. Now I wan to rebook and I can't because they still have my money but won't refund or rebook. They promised to call but I did not get any calls. How is he supposed to fly now when they can't solve this simple issues. Am soo ****ed am gonna be done with Kenyan airways soon.</p>
