Worst airline experience

The worst airline and holiday experience caused by this foolish airline. I flew to Tanzania with Kenyan Airways and had to connect in Nairobi. First flight was hour late and we had to run to catch our connecting flight in Nairobi. We get to Tanzania and now they lost our luggage. It's need 2 days without our bags and we keep on being told the matter is under investigation and we had to cancel all our booked activities as we have no clothes or toilery. This is worst experience.
