Worst airline

<p> </p> <p>We flew Kenya Airways to Thailand. On the trip there we got delayed (even though our plane was there waiting for over an hour) when I proceeded to ask why are we waiting as we have a connecting flight to catch they just said it's fine we will catch up time, well we ended up missing our connecting flight due to poor time management on their behalf. </p> <p>On the way home we flew from Bangkok to Nairobi but we only recieved one boarding pass, the staff promised it's all fine we will recieve the other boarding pass for our flight from Nairobi to JHB when we land in Kenya. Once we landed we went to the desk to get our boarding pass however they did not have it as they overbooked the flight, even though I booked these flights months in advanced and did the online check in 24 hours before. Spoke to many people who were in the same situation and they told me this happens on a daily basis! On top of all of this when we arrived in SA one of our bags did not. </p> <p>Definitely not the pride of Africa. </p>
