Worse airline ever

Good day I am a frequent jet setter and for the 1st time tried Kenyan airlines. I have travelled with emirates etihad Ethiopian jet and now kenya airlines. From the lot mentioned above this is by far the worse airlines I have used. 1stly their flights are MOST of the time delayed, mine was delayed for 2 hours my transit 3hours total 5 hours and even with the delay we were given no meal vouchers. The service at the airport is so slow and poor. And lastly I left south Africa with 2 bags in cargo and when I arrived in India only one of my bags made it. I want to know how is this even possible when both bags were submitted together??? Now I am sitting here with one bag and have no idea where is my other bag mind u this has NEVER happened to me before. Never going to use this airline again absolutely pathetic. If you wish to contact me about my bags whereabouts or description contact my wife on ********** I am in India and don't have an Indian sim as yet. If you lose my bag I will claim every cent from Kenyan airlines.
