Unhappy with Kenya Airways

We have problems from day 1 when we booked tickets to Zanzbar, the airline cancelled flights without consideration for the the travellers. They do not arrange any accommodation for flights that they cancelled and rescheduled to fly 3 days later. They do not consider the client's pockets and feelings and emotions stirred and do not provide any consolations or assistance. It's their way and that's it. I spent over R800.00 calling kenya airways call centre when I needed to change flights and they were not helpful at all. I would not recommend flying Kenya airways. I am still stranded in Zanzibar
