*****ulent airline

Bought 6 return tickets from Johannesburg. Had to cancel 2 of the tickets due to a medical emergency, 3 days before. Kenya Air would only return the tax. Fair enough. I thought that we would have 2 empty seats, but Kenya Air, resold the seats and filled them. Their slogan is the Pride of Africa. They need to embrace ethics and morality first or perhaps they are proud of being a *****ulent airline.
