The worst airline

@KenyaAirways the worst airline ever! I would never recommend this airlines to anyone from waiting hours and hours for this **** airlines because they keep delaying the flight to benefit them!! Firstly they don’t care about my poor mother that is in a wheelchair from 2pm up until 12:20am the next day totally pathetic to top all of that the assistant tells me to come an fetch my mom and I must push her?! I then went to one of the floor members of the airport to call the Kenya airways manager as my moms back was not hurting from sitting so long on the wheelchair he comes back saying the manager will be with you in 20 minutes after 40 minutes I retuned back to look for the manager and I had to wait like another 20 minutes to have a chat with him. While the manager( Sipho or Sifo or whatever his name is) on duty couldn’t care two hoods about the delays nor the fact that my mom is in a wheelchair and assistants is required and has no solution to the problem of any recompensing us for the accommodations. Kenya airways says they have given us R150.00 for dinner as if that’s is gonna make things any better yet that couldn’t even accommodate for me and my mom as there are non Halaal stores. When I get to the aircraft my mom asks the air hostess for a glass of water because her blood sugar was increasing the air hostess has a nerve to tell my mom that you will have to wait I need to check on the bags so I then asked must my mother die before you bring the water? And to add on they put us in a row 21 where my mom can barely even walk!. I mean how much more pathetic can this airline be? I lost out on a days accommodations and my time and guess what Kenya airways are going to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT! Totally disgusted at this airline! When I get to Nairobi, Kenya they booked two other flights for me making me waste my time in Kenya wow! How brilliant!! So I will only reach my final designated destination on the 03/10/2022 Flight KQ763 the worst experience of my life!@KenyaAirways
