Terrible service from Kenya Airways.

Unfriendly service and food was not good at all. Baggage reclaim at OR Tambo and on their website atrocious. They do not pick up their calls at OR Tambo , do not respond to the baggage reclaim WhatsApp number, my baggage missing now for 5 days with no response from the airways. OR Tambo airport also not of much assistance at all. Will never recommend flying with Kenya Airways.
