Terrible service from Kenya Airways

I travelled from Johannesburg to London and my baggage was delayed. It is now 3 weeks later and I still don't have my baggage, nobody at Kenya Airways have been able to help me to claim for delayed baggage, or to get the baggage back to me. This is the worst airline I have ever dealt with. Avoid them !
