Terrible service and destroyed luggage

Hello there, I would like to complain about my experience with Kenya Airways on 29th Sep, my friend and I were flying from Zanzibar with Precision airlines (PW 713) firstly to Nairobi (which was delayed), then with Kenya airlines to Johannesburg and lastly to Cape Town with Kulula airlines. When we arrived to check in at Zanzibar we were told that we needed to check in our luggage, although it was small enough to take on board, and the lady at the check in desk in Zanzibar insisted that our luggage will go straight to Cape Town, we even double checked with her and she confirmed. But apparently, they didn’t as we found out when we arrived in Cape Town, where we have been told that as travelers, we supposed to know that we had to move our luggage from Johannesburg to Cape Town counters for the last flight. So, we basically have been told that we supposed to know better than the airline employee. We had a 4-hour layover in Johannesburg and and we could have easily moved our luggage if we only knew. We have been disinformed and caused us to almost be 2 hours late for work, miss our lift from the airport and pay an extra 200 rand for uber, driving back for our luggage, another extra 150 for petrol and parking, lost of over 4 hours just for fighting, driving, frustration with the situation and being ping ponged from Bidair to domestic flights to find our luggage and after all this to find my new backpack destroyed and dirty as well as my souvenirs that cost me over 20 dollars broken. One of them was a coconut that went with my new backpack which your employees handled so roughly and succeeded to break a coconut which was actually wrapped in cloths to help protect it. My backpack cost me over 1200 rand and looked so old and broken after the flight. I am so disappointed with the service of Kenya airlines that states to be the pride of Africa.
