Terrible Service!!!!

I made a booking with Kenya Airways and there was a mistake on my ticket (the ticket was booked under my married name and my travel documents are under my ****en name). I was not allowed onto the flight even though I had all documents (ID, Marriage certificate, etc) to prove who I am. The Kenya Airways representatives at OR Tambo Intl airport were very rude and not helpful at all. The flight controller was also extremely rude and it seemed like no one wanted to help, as the easiest thing for them to do was pass my query on amongst themselves. I was very traumatised by all of this and I need to find a resolve for this issue. Pearl of Africa indeed!!!!
