Terrible airline. Terrible customer service

I had the most terrible experience. First off my flight was changed to an earlier time and I wasn't informed of this. Secondly, I cancelled my flight & requested refund in March. It was a struggle to get the refund. I made it a daily routine to follow up on my refund. I only received it recently (June). Customer service is poor. Terrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
