****** Goods and Fiddled Luggage

I departed with Kenyan Airways, flight KQ 763 from JHB (OR Tambo) to Kenya - Nairobi (Jomo Kenyatta) on 23/06/19.

Upon arriving at the hotel I was booked at for my work trip I opened my luggage bag which has been checked in, only to realise that someone had fiddled with all my clothes. Everything was re-arranged. My toiletry bag had been opened and my perfume ( Yves Saint Laurent (YSL) Mon Paris 90ml had been ******. The box was the only thing that was left, the perfume had been removed and ******.

I have traveled with Kenyan Airways before and never experienced such so i am extremely upset that I have to be a victim of theft. Additionally my privacy has been invaded by the person who ransacked my suitcase and thereby fiddling with my clothes.

I expect this matter to be acted upon urgently and for me to get the compensation for what I have lost. I paid over R2000 for the perfume and I had I use it specifically for special events and important client work trips now I’m left with nothing..

I have not received a response nor a call from Kenyan regarding the resolution of my problem. I’ve followed up with calls to no avail.

This behaviour is unacceptable for a reputable company like Kenyan Airways. I am extremely disappointed to say the least
