Shut down, you are not worthy of operating

Be careful when booking online, Kenya Airways disguises as SAA, using SAA logo for flight list options online (SAA operated by Kenya Airways is what we should have looked out for). Please don't fly with Kenya, we flew a day after our scheduled flight on our way to Dar er Salaam. Now on our return we are sitting at the airport in Nairobi for our link flight to JHB that's delayed by 6hrs... Frustration with get the best of you and the staff is defensive because the passengers are always attacking from the inconvenience caused by constant delays. Everyone is sour now saying this is a norm for Kenya airways.
