Second suitcase still not found. awaiting refund for the lost property on the first suitcase.

The one that was delivered was opened, and belonging were ******. the reclaim process is long (probably to discourage anyone trying to claim). You have to open an case via the call centre then take the case number and claim from Kenya Airways
