Ridiculous unfounded compliance before travelling

I booked and paid for a trip only to be told at OR Tambo, that I couldn’t fly because of covid vaccine printed certificate. I requested a refund at their OR tambo office and they said i can only do it online, their online system is not attended to, I sent an email and no response. Still not refunded

I took a different flight as i was told by the lady who assisted me at check in, and i flew just fine to the US and No Covid certificate was required as per her initial denial of us entering the flight.

I don’t know if they were hiding something or what but its ok all i need is my refund as i will never ever fly with them.
