Refund - could not fly

I had booked to travel to Zanzibar after explaining why I couldn't travel due to me been pregnant and the doctor suggested I don't travel so early in my pregnancy and sending throw the doctors note is this all the refund I am going to receive back from the airlines? If this is the case I find this very unfair when I booked the tickets a month in advance I had no idea I would fall pregnant before travelling, would the airlines preferred me travel and have a miscarriage rather than refunding both my tickets booked?<br> <br> Going forward I would not book flights on kenya airline or suggest anyone flying with the airline in the future, I will also be listing the airlines on hellopeter to make people aware of using the airlines and what they are in store for if trying to cancel tickets due to unforeseen circumstances.<br>
