Poor service

Poor service. I have been emailing Kenya airlines regarding a refund for my honeymoon flights which had to be cancelled due to Covid19 for the last few weeks with no response.

Prior to this ,I was not given a choice and was given a credit note which is not fair since no one has any idea when we will be able to travel again
