Poor Service

Travelled from Dubai to RSA. 1st flight (Dubai to Kenya) was delayed 2 hours, 2nd flight (Kenya to RSA) was delayed 4 hours. This resulting us missing my flight from JHB to PE. I rebooked flights for later the day. When landing at OR Tambo my luggage was missing, this resulted in missing my 2nd flight, we had to then stay over in JHB and book tickets the next day to PE (Luggage still not found) we logged the necessary case for them to find my bag and for it to be couriered to my home address. Its been more than two weeks now. No responses via mail no returned calls as promised. Such a great holiday ruined by Kenya Airways.
