Pathetic service

<p>To whom this may concern.</p> <p>I would like to highlight the pathetic, unfriendly flight attendant service that I experienced on Kenya airways.</p> <p>I flew to Dubai via Nairobi on a returned flight. The flight attendants delivered our meal and a drink and for the whole flight further they did not offer us anything to drink again. I rang my service attendance button and after 15 minutes of no response I rang it repeatedly. A flight attendant responded in a rude manner to my request just for something to drink. On my flight back the flight attendants were just as rude.</p> <p>I kindly advise Kenya airways to send their staff on a etiquette course. Because it is much needed.</p>
