No response on requesting refund

Kenya airways is not responding to emails, or phone calls. We want to get a refund for our airline tickets that has bren cancelled due to covid-19. The Ceo of Kenya airways says on their page that we can request a full refund . Which is really very nice. But try and get hold of them? Can anybody please provide me with a number or email Adress that actually gives a response.
