No respect for customer baggage and worst airline ever

worst customer care i ever encountered, baggage damaged twice in a row. First time 2 August 2019 this even after i told them to be careful with my last trip on the 15 October 2019. worst seats i have encountered in a plane worst staff i have encountered terrible food, the pies they serve is pastry and thick as a pencil WHEN WILL YOU START TREATING YOUR CLIENTS AS THEY SHOULD BE. THE PRIDE OF AFRICA THEY CALL THEMSELVES. I DONT THINK SO, MORE LIKE THE PRIDE OF WORST AIRLINE
