NO REFUND, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I'm starting to think that KENYA AIRWAYS is a ********** company by looking at all the comments and having a similar experience. PLEASE DONT BOOK FLIGHTS WITH THEM!!!!! I've booked flights in August they cancelled the flights - luckily I went online 8 days before my flights to check my booking otherwise I wouldn't have even known that they cancelled my flights. I filled in the online refund forms twice I've emailed them numerous times regarding the refund NO ANSWER. I've phoned no answer - person answers rude and once you speak they hang up... only one nice lady that told me to fill in the online refund form which I did no feedback!!! I've sent a Facebook messenger message - NO FEEDBACK.... Luckily I could get flights from another airline which by the way was excellent when it came to SERVICE..... Now I wonder will I ever get my money back. I think they advertise cheaper flight online then you book with them they cancel the flights ****!!!! and you eventually give up on chasing your money.
