Missing luggage

On Monday 05/02/2018 my sister came from Nigeria with Kenya airways, the flight arrived at 12:30am, I waited for her at the arrival for more than one hour, when she finally came out she told me they left her luggage in Nairobi, they gave her a form to fill they also took my address with the promise to bring the bag the next day, till today 9/05/2018 we haven't receive the bag, I've been calling the luggage tracking company and Kenya airways for update all to no avail. Today she called them to ask for update she was told to go to and get her bag in Nairobi, Kenya. Kenya airways is useless and irresponsible, they don't care about their customers, the victim of their irresponsibility has no clothes to wear because all her clothes were in the bag she couldn't do what she came to South Africa for. Now they don't answer my calls.
