LOST LUGGAGE

Lost luggage on flight KQ706 to Lusaka then changed to Proflight Zambia to Johannesburg. Until now I have nit been contacted despite having sent emails. I also called the number that is sipposed to assist with lost luggage but the number never gets answered.

Learnt my lesson that besides being a loyal customer to Kenya Airways their customer experience is pathetic.
