Lost baggage and unhelpful

They lost my bag, they are not giving me any updates. I am trying to phone them no answer. No assistance, no empathy no nothing. Staff could not careless. There were 5 people in 1 flight who lost their baggage, and more people collecting lost baggage when I reported my lost bag.
