Kenya Airways ****ty service and Damaged luggage

Travelled from ORT to Nairobi, connecting flight to Mombasa.

From the onset the check-in lady was rude, we wanted to upgrade our tickets and were told we need to pay over R 3000, The person to go and pay for the upgrade was even more rude.

We then just changed the tickets to sit 2 in front and 2 at the back, bear in mind we are travelling as a family with a 4yr old and a 3yr old.

We arrive in Nairobi, Kenya Airways personnel was good, checked in. On arrival at our place of residence and unpacking, we have a damaged suitcase which was new. I have sent an email got a reply and responded with what was required and till now have not heard anything.

Utterly **** service.
