Kenya Airways the worst airways

The worst experience we had is with Kenya Airlines ever in all of my travels. From lack of communication to unprofessional staff members to lack of compassion towards the passengers(you name it) is what we eexperienced from a ONE HOUR layover whic h ultimately ended in almost 20 hours later and ending up with no luggage for 18 hours, is what we were subjected to with. We were not even offerred a decent meal in all of that time and more so not an apology in sight. Never again.
