Kenya Airways the Pearl of Africa is actually a rock that hits rock bottom

This is a warning for all those who are tempted by the slightly lower fares of Kenya Airways.

My family was left stranded at Cape Town Airport after the staff was not letting us board. They ruined our family holiday. They don't have a customer service department everything is online. I have been pursuing this for 5 months, the conclusion is that once you have paid for your tickets you are on your own. Don't expect any customer service or assistance if anything goes wrong. Lessons learned next time I rather pay a bit more and fly with a reputable airline
