Kenya Airways - Never again!!

Flying was one thing BUT the after sales or complaints handling is really below zero. No reply, no confirmation, I send my complaints via the official website (more than once) and to half a dozen email addresses and the reply was just ZERO, a deafening silence. So for me: never again with Kenya Airways
