Kenya Airways need to refund me my money!!

I am extremely horrified at my experience with Kenya Airways. I made a purchase for a ticket to SA at the beginning of August which after a few days I was let know that planes were to not flying anymore due to covid. I was promised a refund within 14 days which then turned to 30 days and now almost 2 months later I don't have my refund, communication or compensation for my funds and frustration. I am unable to get through Kenya Airlines on the phone as their numbers are not going through. Interesting to see they are running a promo and upgrading people's flights for free at our expense while we wait for our refund there is not even courtesy to communicate. SIES on Kenya Airlines!!
