KENYA AIRWAYS I WANT MY MONEY!

Kenyan Airways hasn't refunded my money after I cancelled my trip. Now going to three months, well against their own policy. Their Johannesburg lines have been diverted to the Kenyan call centre. This is so annoying how an airline as big as that who call themselves the pride of Africa can do that and gives no feedback. Emails are not being responded to. So annoying
