Kenya Airways Horror

Kenya Airways has the worst service . My bags have been left in Kenya for over two weeks now. I have called every day , reported to BidAir and Facebook messaged them and still no progress. BidAir requested two forwarded flights to Cape Town and Kenya Airways failed to put my bags on both flights !!!! This is ridiculous now , I do not understand what the difficulty is. My bags have important medication and a lot of other necessities. I highly advise people to stay clear of this airline because their customer service is horrific and they may lose your bags !!!!
