Kenya Airways - GREAT Service from the PRIDE OF AFRICA. SAA , LEARN FROM KENYA AIRWAYS!!

we flew Kenya Airways , via Nairobi , to Paris , on 15 December 2019. we were a bit concerned , but very pleasantly serprised , by the great service, and punctuality of the airline, and the extremely friendly and helpful staff. SAA Staff could learn a lot from KENYA AIRWAYS , THE PRIDE OF AFRICA!! well deserved tittle. on our return from paris , via Nairobi, we were upgraded to BUSINESS CLASS, a great surprise and very pleasant experience. again , great service and staff. we had an overnight in nairobi ( 16 Hours ) and stayed at a hotel at our cost. NOT ADVISABLE , as nairobi is not a great place to visit!! however, thank you Kenya airways , for a great service. we will fly you again!!!
