Kenya Airways - First price for poor service and disrespect

I travelled to France on the 18 December 2022 and my bag got lost. It has been nothing but uphill to get the matter solved by Kenya Airways. I have never experienced such disrespect and poor service delivery from an airline before ever. The matter is still not solved. I received my bag two months after my return to SA. Kenya Airways offered compensation for the expenses I had while overseas months ago and I am still waiting for this payment. On 16 June 2023 I was finally informed that the payment can be expected within 30 days. Six weeks later I am still waiting. This is the worse service from an airline ever. Total incompetence and disrespect.
